What is "One-Click Access" to calendar?
My Way gives you the ability to get direct, one-click access to your primary Web-based calendar page (Yahoo, AOL, MSN - whatever account you choose) by configuring the Calendar links across My Way to point directly to your favorite calendar page.
How do I set up one-click access to a Web-based calendar program?
First, go to your Calendar settings page - the link to this page can be found at the bottom of any My Way page, within the "My Settings" box.
Select the Web-based calendar service that you would like to access from the options provided. If the calendar provider you use is not listed, select the option to the right of the list of providers and enter in the account name and the Web address of your calendar account's sign-in page.
When you have completed filling out the information, click on the "Finished-Click Here" button.
Now every time you click on the "Calendar" link on the My Way home page or your personalized My Page, you'll automatically be taken directly to your primary calendar sign-in page.
Why is my favorite calendar not listed in the choices provided?
We have included listings of some of the most popular Web-based calendar accounts to automatically configure One-Click Access. If the Web-based calendar provider you use is not listed, you can select the "Other" option on the right side of your "My Settings" Calendar page and enter in your account name and the URL or Web address of your account's sign-in page.
Why do I still need to sign in to my Web-based calendar account after setting up this feature?
The one-click access feature does not store passwords for your external calendar accounts. You will still need to enter your account name and password to sign in to your primary calendar account.
By using this feature, am I storing my calendar information on the My Way site?
No. This feature simply acts as a pointer to the calendar provider that you have chosen.
I set up One-Click Access and now I would like to change the settings to a different calendar provider. How do I do this?
You may change your primary account at any time by clicking the "My Settings" Calendar link at the bottom of any My Way page.
